Q1: Reasons for joining Sansan If I remember correctly, one of the main reasons I joined Sansan was because I had reached a point in my career where I felt stuck. I wanted to focus on something more meaningful, something that could challenge me and help me grow. At the time, I was waiting for a sign, and that sign came when a colleague referred me to Sansan.
Making the move was scary. It meant stepping into a completely new environment with unfamiliar people, a different culture, and new ways of working. But that’s exactly why I took the leap. I saw it as an opportunity not just to grow professionally, but also to discover more about myself. Looking back, joining Sansan was part of a bigger journey of personal and career growth.

It's incredibly motivating to be in an environment where people encourage each other to be better, not just in our work but also in how we think and collaborate.
I really enjoy hearing their creative ideas, especially when it comes to problem solving. Everyone brings a different perspective to the table, and learning from how others approach challenges has helped me grow in ways I didn't expect. Being part of a team where curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning are valued makes each day more meaningful and fulfilling.
Q3: What is your personal goal? My personal goal has always been to keep learning and to continually challenge myself to grow. I’ve come to realize that while this is easy to say, it often takes real effort and persistence to follow through. Whenever I face difficult situations or step into something unfamiliar, I remind myself that growth often begins at the edge of discomfort. That mindset helps me stay open to new experiences, even when they feel uncertain.
Staying committed to this goal helps me become not only better at what I do, but also more aware of who I am and who I want to become. It's a reminder to stay curious, keep pushing forward, and embrace the learning that comes with each step.
Q4: What is your career goal at Sansan? During my time at Sansan, I’ve had the opportunity to experience both being a developer and serving as an agile team lead. Right now, I can genuinely say that I want to continue exploring both paths. I find fulfillment in building and solving technical challenges as a developer, while also enjoying the responsibility and growth that comes with leading a team.
This has become part of an ongoing journey of self-discovery for me. I may not have all the answers yet, but I know that I want to keep learning, growing, and finding where I can make the most impact. As I pursue my career goals at Sansan, I also hope to encourage others to embrace their own journeys of growth and self-discovery. If I can inspire even a few people along the way, that would be incredibly meaningful to me.
