STEP 1

Coding Examination

  • Test of Logic
  • Duration: The candidate has 7 days to complete the exam, starting from when the exam was sent.

STEP 3

2nd Interview (Online)

  • Technical (covers coding exam results) and Soft/Business Skills

STEP 4

Final Interview (Face-to-Face)

  • Culture Fitting, Technical and Soft/Business Skills
(Feedback Lead Time: Within 1-3 Working Days)
*** Once you’ve passed all interviews, expect a 2-day turnaround for the job offer decision. *** For applicants located outside of Cebu, a third interview will be conducted online.
