Sansan Global Development Center, Inc. (SGDC), established in 2023, is located at Unit 1101, 11F 1 Nito Tower, Archbishop Reyes Ave., Lahug, Cebu City, Philippines.
Currently, only candidates residing within the Philippines are eligible to apply for roles at SGDC.
The selection process typically includes:
- 1st Interview (online) – Feedback in 1–3 days.
- Coding Exam – To be completed within 7 days; feedback in 1–3 days.
- 2nd Interview – Technical and soft skills evaluation.
- Final Interview – Face-to-face for candidates in Cebu; online for others within the Philippines.
- Offer Decision – Approximately 2 days after the final interview.
